Elona Shaffert
Elona likes to say that in 1997 she quit her job and ran away to the beach. Actually she moved to Rehoboth to open her own business Creatable Crafts, a paint your own pottery studio. Running her own business Elona honed her skill of multi-tasking with single minded devotion. After 10 years the “seven year itch” struck and Elona decided to branch out and peruse her life long interest in real estate as a career.
Prior to moving to Rehoboth, Elona served as the Director of Group Services for the DC Jewish Community Center. In that capacity she ran camps and pre-schools, and supervised programming for senior adults, singles and community services. Elona managed community wide events including the Block Party to Celebrate Jewish Life in Washington with over 20,000 participants. Her dedication to program excellence and customer service was at the core of her success.
